Pay for performance!


Employee compensation is one of the most important areas in growing a successful business. When you harmonize the expectations, motivations and commitment of employees to the financial objectives of the company you create an economic synergy within the organization. If you are paying a basic wage to an employee expecting increased results where is the motivation for the employee to reach beyond the normal routine? As we know most sales positions include commission systems but do they really motivate excellent work and results? Commission plans needs to motivate employees and drive increased sales and profitably. All employees should have incentive plans and I don’t mean Christmas Turkeys!... Corporate objectives need to be aligned with employee’s motivations and when you create and modify programs to continually challenge employees to reach and be rewarded you can drive outstanding results. Ultimately, happy and motivated employees will engage with your company for the long term.
